1/3 of the building is a well-insulated shop and new propane forced air heater. It cost less than $500 per year to heat the shop. Included with the shop is the air compressor which has a drive-up exterior air station for your car!

2/3 of the building is unfinished but has power and is wired for lighting with a large room framed-out with 6-inch walls with a huge, insulated, custom door with mechanical entry lock ready to make all other man-caves look small. 

The shop has a boxed-in overhang and the builders said it looks like "a big tree." -And they were right as it perfectly fits into the park that it sits within.
